Nolah Package Protection Plan

Coverage Details

Order your sleep setup online with total confidence! The Nolah Package Protection plan is our solution for shipping and delivery issues. The plan offers replacements or refunds for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We’re committed to quickly resolving the following issues within the plan’s coverage scope:

Lost/Late Shipments

If your package does not arrive within 5 days from the expected delivery date, please open a claim and our team will work with the carrier to locate the missing item(s).
Items without a tracking status update for more than 7 days will be deemed lost in transit by the carrier and replaced by Nolah or refunded.

Missing Deliveries

Most missing shipments can be found with a quick search outside your residence or by checking with your neighbors. If the carrier has confirmed the delivery but you still can’t locate your item(s), please file a claim for a refund or replacement.
A police report is required to file a claim for orders over $200.

Damaged Items

If an item or items appear damaged upon arrival, please provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Images are invaluable for our assessment and help us expedite a resolution.
Please retain the damaged item and all packaging materials while we review your claim. Once your claim is approved, we will inform you of the next steps regarding the disposal or return of the item, including arranging for a pickup if necessary.

Package Protection ensures the safety of your items while they are in transit. This protection is non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has shipped.

How to File a Claim

Our claims team works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. Initiate your claim by sending the necessary details to support@nolahmattress.com. All claims must be filed within 30 days after the expected delivery date.

Should a shipping concern arise, we're here to address it efficiently and fairly, upholding our commitment to your satisfaction. Nolah Package Protection claims are subject to approval. We may in our sole discretion change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Your continued use after the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the terms. If any change is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or Terms and Conditions.
