Lost/Late ShipmentsPackage Protection ensures the safety of your items while they are in transit. This protection is non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Our claims team works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. Initiate your claim by sending the necessary details to support@nolahmattress.com. All claims must be filed within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
