With a firmness level of 5/10, the Signature is slightly plusher than the Original. Crafted with extra AirFoam™, it also offers enhanced pressure relief. These qualities make the Signature an ideal fit for side sleepers of all sizes, lighter back sleepers, and combination sleepers. Every Nolah mattress purchase includes a 120-night at-home sleep trial. If against all expectations, you don't love your mattress, you can return it for a full refund. Our logistics partner will pick up the mattress; you're only responsible for a $99 flat fee to cover labor and one-way transportation.

The trial begins the day your mattress arrives. Sleep on your Nolah mattress for at least 30 nights before making a decision—this gives you enough time to adjust to your new bed and fully experience its comfort and support benefits.

If you wish to return your mattress, please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@nolahmattress.com. To qualify for a full refund, you must initiate the return process after the 30-night break-in period but before the 120-night trial expires.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Submit Request: Please use the email form on our Contact page or email us at support@nolahmattress.com to request a return. We cannot process returns over the phone or live chat, only through email. Once your request is received, a member of our customer support team will reach out to walk you through the rest of the process.

2. Schedule Pick-Up: We'll set up the scheduled mattress pick-up with one of our third-party logistics partners. The $99 flat fee (deducted from your refund) covers the pick-up and transportation. When possible, we arrange for the mattress to be donated to a local charity or mattress recycling program, depending on your state's laws.

3. Day of Pick-Up: Our support team member will provide instructions on what to do on the scheduled pick-up day. Typically, you leave the mattress unboxed for pick-up, and the driver does the rest. Then, email us a scan or digital photo of the pick-up receipt.

4. Refund: Once we receive a copy of the pick-up receipt, we'll process your refund in full (minus the $99 flat fee). You will receive a Refund Notification via email.

All Nolah mattresses are made in the U.S.A and ship directly from our factories to your front door via FedEx. We frequently update our estimated delivery timeframes, displayed under the green "Add to Cart" button on this page.

Once your order leaves the factory, you'll receive a Shipping Notification with your FedEx tracking number.

We partner with Load Up, a local third-party logistics partner, to offer white glove mattress removal and setup. You can choose from three service options: mattress removal only, mattress setup only, or our removal and setup package. For $225, the package also includes full setup of a new Nolah foundation or adjustable base. Base or foundation setup is not available with mattress removal or setup only.

You can order white glove service right here on our website, in the Optional | In-Home Removal/Setup and Trial Waiver section on this page. Click "Add Mattress Removal & Setup" and choose one of the three options in the pop-up menu.

Once you have purchased an option, you will receive an email from Load Up to schedule the service. You can choose a 4-hour block of time on your preferred date.

A split king bed consists of two twin XL mattresses placed side by side on a king-sized base. Together, the two twin XL mattresses (38 by 80 inches) measure the same size as a standard king mattress (76 by 80 inches).

When you order a split king, you don't have to choose the same model or firmness level for the two twin XL mattresses. It's the perfect setup for couples with different body types, sleep positions, and comfort preferences.

Also, if you have a split king adjustable base, pairing it with two twin XL mattresses lets you adjust each side of the bed independently.

Ordering a split king bed from Nolah? If you select this option, the two twin XL mattresses will arrive in separate boxes and shipments with unique tracking numbers.

No. Nolah is committed to our customers' comfort and safety, and all our mattresses are 100 percent fiberglass-free. Rigorous testing and strict certifications demonstrate the safety of all materials used in our mattresses.

Our AirFoam™ mattresses (Nolah Original, Signature, and Evolution) are CertiPUR-US® certified and free from ozone depleters, heavy metals, and chemical fire retardants. Our latex hybrid mattresses (Nolah Natural and Nurture) are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified and use Oeko-Tex® 100 certified latex.

Weighted blankets of the appropriate weight are safe for healthy adults. For safety and mobility, the user must be able to get in and out of the blanket by themselves. Your weighted blanket should be no more than 10 percent of your body weight. The recommended user weights for the Nolah Bamboo Weighted Blanket are as follows:

-Standard Size, 15 Pounds: Single adult users weighing 150 pounds or more

-Standard Size, 20 Pounds: Single adult users weighing 200 pounds or more

-Large Size, 25 Pounds: Two adult users, each weighing 125 pounds or more, with the blanket spread across a queen-size or larger bed
